A: The pick-up location at the Pepsi Center for all events is located at the Front Entrance. If you go to the Main Fan Entrance and look for the signs for GreenPass, you can't miss it.

A: The Vans hold 12-15 people. The Busses hold 50+ people.
Q: One of the options on the GreenPass website is to buy a Will-Call ticket for the shuttle. Since this is not a show (rather a shuttle), is Will-Call still an option or should I have a physical pass sent to me? I am concerned that with a Will-Call I will not have confirmation that I have a seat on the shuttle.
A: The safest option is to buy a physical ticket and bring it to the shuttle. However there will be a GreenPass greeter that will have the Will-Call list. All you need is a valid picture ID to retrieve your GreenPass.
